Initial Enquiry & Consultation

Day 1–3

Every project begins with a detailed discussion of your vision, requirements, and budget. Our project coordinator gathers key information and introduces you to our naval architecture team.

Design & Naval Architecture

Weeks 1–8

Our naval architects develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and 3D visualisations. This phase includes hull design, stability calculations, systems planning, and interior layout.

Contract & Payment Schedule

Week 6–10

A detailed construction contract is prepared covering all specifications, timeline milestones, payment schedule, change order procedures, and warranty terms. All payments are milestone-based.

Material Procurement

Months 2–4

We source premium materials from certified suppliers — teak and ironwood from sustainable Indonesian forests, marine-grade steel, aluminum, fibreglass, and all mechanical systems and marine hardware.

Hull Construction

Months 3–12

Master craftsmen lay the keel and construct the hull using traditional or modern methods depending on vessel type. Our quality control team inspects every stage and submits progress reports to the classification surveyor.

Systems Installation & Outfitting

Months 8–20

All mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and navigation systems are installed and commissioned. Interior joinery, cabinetry, and furnishing are completed to specification.

Paint, Finishing & Launch

Final 4–8 Weeks

The vessel is painted, anti-fouled, polished, and fitted out with all soft furnishings and safety equipment. Final inspections are completed before launch.

Sea Trials & Delivery

Final 2–4 Weeks

The completed vessel undergoes comprehensive sea trials to verify all systems and performance specifications. Upon successful completion, classification certificates are issued and the vessel is delivered.

  • Snag list completion and sign-off
  • Classification certificate issuance
  • Owner handover and crew training
