From Concept to Launch
From your first enquiry through design, construction, sea trials, and delivery — a fully transparent, milestone-based journey for every vessel we build.
Step by Step
Every project begins with a detailed discussion of your vision, requirements, and budget. Our project coordinator gathers key information and introduces you to our naval architecture team.
Our naval architects develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and 3D visualisations. This phase includes hull design, stability calculations, systems planning, and interior layout.
A detailed construction contract is prepared covering all specifications, timeline milestones, payment schedule, change order procedures, and warranty terms. All payments are milestone-based.
We source premium materials from certified suppliers — teak and ironwood from sustainable Indonesian forests, marine-grade steel, aluminum, fibreglass, and all mechanical systems and marine hardware.
Master craftsmen lay the keel and construct the hull using traditional or modern methods depending on vessel type. Our quality control team inspects every stage and submits progress reports to the classification surveyor.
All mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and navigation systems are installed and commissioned. Interior joinery, cabinetry, and furnishing are completed to specification.
The vessel is painted, anti-fouled, polished, and fitted out with all soft furnishings and safety equipment. Final inspections are completed before launch.
The completed vessel undergoes comprehensive sea trials to verify all systems and performance specifications. Upon successful completion, classification certificates are issued and the vessel is delivered.
